What IS a Yoga Teacher Training?

To put it simply: a life-changing experience.

It's a training that dives into the ancient practice of yoga, preparing you to become a yoga teacher and giving you the tools to deepen your personal practice. 

Curriculum
1. Techniques, Training, & Practice
history of yoga, poses 101, sun salutations, complete sequencing, alignment + injury prevention, pranayama, the nervous system, the subtle body, meditation, chanting, mudras, mantras

2. Anatomy & Physiology
major bones, major muscles, joints, biomechanics, body systems

3. Yoga Humanities
scriptures + texts, sanskrit, 8 limbs of yoga, dharma talks, ethics, equity, diversity + inclusion, trauma informed yoga, accountability

4. Professional Essentials
teaching methodology, feedback, mentorship, professional development, business of yoga

Training Schedule
We will meet one weekend per month (in studio) 
and one Tuesday per month (online)

Tuesdays 6:30-9p
Fridays 6-9p
Saturdays 7a-4p
Sundays 7a- 4p

September 6, 7, 8, 17
October 4, 5, 6 

Any missed hours must be rescheduled. If more than one weekend of training is missed, the student must schedule make-up sessions at an additional charge.

$3,000 

Payment Options
1. Early Bird Special:
Save $300! 
Pay $2,700 in full 30-days prior to start of training

2. Special: Save $200! 

Pay $2,800 in full by start of training

3. Payment Plan:

Pay $375 when registering and $375 each of the 7 months of training

Tuition Includes a 200-hour yoga teacher certificate & training manual.
